Hey! there is very bad news for Indian people who use Adf.ly for earnings. Adfly is now banned by Department of Telecom (also called: CHNN). Many people use Adfly for increasing there revenues by just shortening a link. Today when I was opening to see Adfly, I was surprised to see that! It was redirecting to Infostreet site but a time ago it was displaying that Department of Telecom blocked Adfly. This is not officially disclosed by the department so I cannot tell you exactly what happened but I think this is happened.
